Cali Trip - Week 5

MONDAY: The girls headed to Victoria Gardens on Monday morning for a play date with Victoria and her son Daniel.  Bailey and Daniel didn't want to play together, so Mommy and Victoria didn't get to visit as much as I would have liked, but the kids had fun in the sun and burned off a lot of energy. After nap time, Boston got her first hair trim!

TUESDAY: Happy birthday Auntie Dana!  After moving into Grandma and Grandpa Trevino's house in the morning, we headed back to Victoria Gardens to play in the water and have dinner with the Linder family.  The girls had a great time celebrating Auntie Dana's birthday.

WEDNESDAY: A student from Brandon's school in Paraguay came to California for two different soccer camps and to preview a few campuses with Brandon.  This was the day they took off to talk to coaches at CBU and UCR.  Mommy ran off, too, to Los Angeles in order to get Boston her Paraguayan visa.  Grandpa Trevino got some special bonding time with Boston and Bailey.  In the evening, Bailey "helped" Grandma cook dinner and then we took off on an evening stroll in the wagon.

THURSDAY: We headed back to Guasti park with Grandpa, Tia and Uncle Ben to beat the muggy heat on Thursday.  Bailey was much more brave when it came to the water toys, running around like a maniac with Daddy and Uncle Ben.  We finished off the evening with dinner at Logan's Steakhouse before saying goodbye to the Trevino clan (headed to the river for the weekend).

FRIDAY: After breakfast, we headed back to Graw and Pa's to spend Papa's birthday with him.  After a pizza lunch, Auntie Allie and Uncle Jermaine stopped by and we spent some time at the park before heading to Dave's BBQ to celebrate Papa Dave's birthday.

SATURDAY: We headed out to Riverside on Saturday to spend a lazy day at Aubue's before cousin Brittanie's birthday dinner.

SUNDAY: Happy four month birthday, Boston!  After church, Legend's lunch, and a nap, we spent another afternoon in the pool swimming with the Cavazos'. A great "last" Sunday.
